Hotel Colonna - Brindisi

We had a bright room with a nice-sized bathroom, which is a big plus. the location in Brindisi was great, close to shopping areas, the ferry, train station, and the city center.

The hotel was charming small and the staff exceptional, magnificent location near everything. Exceptionally comfortable beds and TV with satellite channels, central heating, and a personal safe. Location short walk to the railroad station, restaurants, and other places of interest in Brindisi as well as railway stations.

The hotel is situated in the central location in the center of the city. Amicable personnel is at other services.

Hotel Colonna is an ideal place with clean rooms and exceptionally pleasant staff. the rooftop breakfast was a highlight, and the central location, not far from the train station and downtown, is in a nice surrounding area. Dinners at Romanelli, very close to the hotel, were also very good.

No positive points in the hotel

The air conditioning wasn´t working. The staff were unfriendly and the breakfast was really bad with flies over the food and clearly with a lot of leftovers from several days ago. In the end they even forgot to give us back the identity cards so we almost missed the plane beacuse of that. I won´t recommend this hotel to anyone.

The staff here are amazing, providing excellent service and going above and beyond to assist with any needs. The hotel's location is convenient, within walking distance of downtown and the train station. Despite some noise from the busy street at night, requesting a room away from the front street provided a quieter stay. The hotel is clean and updated, especially in the bathrooms. The inclusive continental breakfast served on the roof is great, offering a variety of options. it offers good value for money and is an ideal choice for any tourist.

We used the hotel as a stopover for our early morning flight from Brindisi airport. The hotel was ideal for that purpose because its just a 10 min drive to the airport.

Perhaps more could be expected from a four star hotel. The shower cubicle was particularly small and uncomfortable. The hotel is in part of the city where you have to pay to park in the streets and the hotel does not have its own parking faciities.

Recently renovated with attentive staff, good amenities including a comfortable bed, spacious bathroom, and in-room entertainment and climate control options.

The attendants are very helpfull and the cleaning of the room.

The internet doesn't work properly, there is no cable tv, only local channels, the room is ridiculously small,....

Super kindly helpfull receptionstaff. Situated in the citycenter closeby supermarket en railwaystation. Southern Europe electricity equipment, special adapters wanted! Great beds and bathroom.

Stayed in a room with all the necessities 🛏️. Enjoyed a nice breakfast outside on the terrace.

The room was not large, but good.

Only complaints are that the internet was not working the day we stayed and the staff had no idea for repairing it. Also the breakfast coffee was bad.
